Published rates are for 2-person occupancy - add $3.00 per day for additional people. A maximum of 8 people will be permitted per site at all times. One vehicle in addition to an RV is permitted free of charge at each site with a second vehicle permitted at $5.00 per day (maximum 2 vehicles per site).

Reservations & Cancellations Policy:

Summer Reservations: Must be accompanied by an advance deposit in the amount of 50% of total stay base rate. Reservations will be accepted prior to January 1st of each year for stays of 7 nights or longer only. Note: We only rent by the week in June and July. Cancellations made 60 days in advance or earlier = 100% refund, 30 - 60 days = 50% refund, less than 30 days = no refund.

Special reservation and cancellation policies are made for Winter Texans as well as Hunters and others desiring to leave rigs for extended time periods. We offer on-site and off-site storage options. Call or e-mail for further details.
